<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Millennials are leaving church at record numbers and they are\ndescribed as America’s least religious generation.  But while they may be highly skeptical of\nreligion, they are still thirsty to find meaning in life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Studies show they’re rejecting churches that aren’t making\nthemselves relevant to Millennial culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Millennials want a worship service that is\ncontemplative and theologically rich. More philosophically, Millennials\nwant to be able to answer the questions ‘Where am I?’ and ‘What’s expected of\nme?’ by looking for cues in their surroundings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another thing that will bring millennials into\nour centers is basic authenticity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Invitation to Action<\/strong>: Conduct focus groups with millennials and ask them what they want,\nneed and expect from their centers.  Act\non viable recommendations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Affirmation: <\/strong>Our Center\nreflects what we value; diversity and inclusion.  All are welcome here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
