If the situation is not resolved at the level of the instructor and student, the student is expected to contact the Student\/Faculty Support and Learning Technologies Manager to explore the situation and gain resolution. If the student is still not satisfied, he or she should contact the President of Holmes Institute\u00ae in writing.
