  • Electronically complete the Online Education Course Withdrawal form and email to the Online Education Program Coordinator, Misha Brigham.
*Students are not considered withdrawn from a course until this form has been received by CSL Home Office.  Qualification for tuition refunds will be determined by the day the Course Withdrawal form is sent to the Online Education Program Coordinator. (See Refund Policy for details.)
