Professional Development Uplift
We are in an exciting time of change and development, and it is an opportune time for us all to examine and explore our approach to professional development education. We cordially invite all of you to be a part of the evolution of CSL Education.
Over the past two years, the CSL Professional Education Department offered an eclectic array of courses on topics such as Self Care, Professional Skill Building, American Sign Language, Building Blocks for Ministers, and other areas. There were more than 80 classes offered and enrollment exceeded 1000 students. However, it had become clear the program could benefit from a more concrete structure, and we think it is a good time to pause and re-evaluate our Professional Development offerings.
We stand at the precipice of a new chapter in our organization’s history and have a great opportunity to construct a program that has transformative potential for CSL Members, CSL Professionals, and beyond. Your input, collaboration, and dedication are pivotal as we look towards the future.
