About the Program
This seven-course certificate is designed to support practitioners who are called to lead with clarity, integrity, compassion, and spiritual maturity within spiritual communities and in the wider world.
Rooted in Science of Mind philosophy and the teachings of Ernest Holmes, the program cultivates leadership that is both deeply spiritual and highly practical, strengthening participants’ ability to serve, guide, teach, communicate, and lead with grounded presence and conscious awareness.
Through courses in Spiritual Leadership, Ethics, Public Speaking, Teaching, Spiritual Guidance, Restorative Practices, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Justice, and Belonging, participants deepen both personal presence and professional effectiveness while learning to respond skillfully to contemporary community dynamics and leadership challenges.

Program Structure
The Certificate in Community Leadership consists of seven required courses and a final cumulative project. Individual courses may be taken separately; however, all seven courses and the final project must be completed to earn the certificate.
