Through a series of modules, you will explore the responsibilities, functions, and best practices for board members, focusing on areas such as governance, teamwork, financial and legal oversight, and ethics. Whether you are new to board service or seeking to enhance your existing skills, this course offers valuable insights, practical knowledge and a consistent foundation to help you excel in your role and contribute to the success and sustainability of your community. 

 

Learning Objectives: 

As a current or potential board member of a CSL affiliated community, this course will:
