Join us this summer for our Summer Movie Series, hosted by Rev. Dr. Raymont Anderson.
We’ve gathered eleven movie lovers, speakers, and teachers to present their interpretation of the spiritual message within a film they chose. Come with questions and curiosity – it will be a fun, insightful time for those who love movies and for those who want to understand a deeper spirituality alive in cinema.
You can join us for the entire series or register for individual weeks.
Our Purpose
Our purpose is to expand and deepen the teachings of Science of Mind via Professional Development opportunities such as classes trainings, workshops and events.
The CSL Professional Development Department provides educational and training opportunities for:
- The CSL community (members, practitioners, chaplains and ministers)
- Corporate and organizational groups
- Members of the public interested the Science of Mind approach to living
Our Instructors
CSL Professional Development instructors have content area expertise and a grounding in Science of Mind philosophy and combine subject matter expertise with the New Thought spiritual lens.
Our Organization
The Centers for Spiritual Living (CSL) promotes a philosophy which integrates spiritual truths with science and physics. It was developed in the early 20th century by writer and philosopher Ernest Holmes who wrote, “The Science of Mind: A Philosophy, A Faith and A Way of Life.”. Dr. Holmes studied the world’s religious traditions and the sacred writings of the ancient Greek philosophers to the then present-day spiritual and religious leaders and found the common ideas and spiritual truths in all. CSL applies Science of Mind principles as a force for good in our world and has the vision of “Creating a World that Works for Everyone and All of Creation.”
