(Designed for Ministers)  Cost: Free

Saturday Feb 21
12-2 Mountain Time

Workshop Description

This two-hour interactive workshop invites you into a practical and honest conversation about the minister–practitioner relationship and why it matters for the health of your community. You will explore power dynamics, examine how you can support and empower practitioners in their own ministry, and connect that empowerment to growth and sustainability within your CSL community. The workshop also includes a short overview of the new Certificate in Community Leadership program through the School of Spiritual Leadership, launching Fall 2026,  designed for practitioners interested in more specialized leadership education. You will learn how this program supports practitioner leadership and how you can continue to enhance the support provided to practitioner leaders in your community.
