Description:

“Systems & Procedures: Processes for the Whole Community” is designed to equip ministers and administrators with the tools needed to develop efficient systems that align with the mission of their community. This course covers the essential administrative operations and processes necessary to keep a community running smoothly, allowing you to focus more on the mission and less on the “doing.” 

Through practical steps and engaging exercises, participants will learn how to assess their day-to-day operational needs, develop streamlined processes, and implement these systems for improved collaboration, efficiency, and sustainability. This course will also provide guidance on creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and leveraging technology for seamless administration.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Understand the Core Operational Needs of a Spiritual Community: Learn how to analyze and identify the daily, weekly, and annual tasks essential to maintaining the functionality and harmony of your community, ensuring that nothing important is overlooked.

Ryan Pulley - Grief Circle Facilitator ProgramRev. Ryan Alexander (they/them) serves as the Senior Director of Education for Centers for Spiritual Living and the Director of the School of Spiritual Leadership. In addition they are Co-Founder and Co-Director of Soul Evolution Collaborative, a Centers for Spiritual Living Teaching Center.

With a passion for engaged spirituality, Ryan explores the impact of applying universal principles to daily life. Their dedication to fostering interconnectedness is reflected in their efforts to bridge the gap between individual spiritual growth and collective social change through education and community engagement.

In addition to their spiritual leadership, Ryan brings extensive experience in organizational management, strategic planning, and program development. Their ability to cultivate sustainable structures and innovative educational initiatives supports thriving communities and inclusive leadership. Rev. Dan Granda (he/him) is a dedicated leader in education and organizational development, with a deep passion for fostering authentic connection and conscious evolution. As the Co-Founder and Co-Director of the Soul Evolution Collaborative, he has pioneered innovative approaches to spiritual education and community building.

With over 20 years leadership experience, including teaching, board service, organizational management, and community consulting, Rev. Dan works to guide organizations in sustainable and viable growth. With this experience, Rev. Dan serves the Education Department for Centers for Spiritual Living, where he designs and implements transformative learning experiences.
