Transformational Ministry: Nurturing Evolving Communities

Wednesdays, April 2 – May 7th
11 a.m. – 1 p.m. MT

Taught by Rev. Cath DePalma
$249
(Ministers only)

Transformational Ministry, once taught only to those Ministers wanting to apply to be Interim Ministers is now offered for all Ministers. The skills needed to guide a congregation through change, new ideas, and dynamic emotions is as useful to Ministers in their own congregations as it is to Ministers serving congregations in transition.

Interim Ministry is a high calling for many Ministers within Centers for Spiritual Living. It requires patience, stamina, and a willingness to stand in the center of discomfort and healing within a community. It requires the use of all of the skills learned through time in a successful ministry. Help communities heal from loss, move on from conflict or transition through change. You will gain conscious communication skills and acquire tools for conflict transformation. Explore new tools for peacemaking, bridge building, and personal growth.

This course has tools and information valuable for anyone managing change in a community, wanting to teach vital membership skills in a loving way to a congregation, or healing a rift.

This program is a requirement for consideration to work as an Interim Minister within Centers for Spiritual Living. Completion of the program does not guarantee work or interim placement in a CSL Member Community.

Upon completion of the program, interested participants will be invited to the interview and selection process for the CSL Interim Ministry Team. This process involves completing an applicant packet, attending an interview, providing a background check and reference letters.

Our Interim Ministry Team works around the world with CSL Member Communities in transition.

Cath DePalma, a pioneer in the study of metaphysics, has dedicated her life to working with Universal Principles and practicing how they work in real-life situations. She has a great understanding of how Life works and what is needed to experience exceptional results. It is from her own life lessons, discoveries, years of life experience, and expertise that she teaches and guides others in a fun, loving way. This inspires and empowers them to experiment with these principles in their own lives in order that they may come to know themselves in a deeper way and have a closer relationship with Spirit.

For over 30 years she has counseled, coached and encouraged thousands of people from all over the world, with various backgrounds and beliefs. For 26 of those years, Cath and her husband, John, co-directed the Orlando-based Central Florida Center for Spiritual Living. A motivational speaker, teacher and writer, Cath has a unique gift for working with others as they move through transformation. She is the author of, I Can Do This Thing Called Life and So Can You! and its beautiful companion workbook, Energize Your Creative Powers and soon to be released, I Do My Best Work Behind the Scenes. For the past 7 years she has been working with spiritual leaders and communities under transformation. She also continues to support Outreach Program’s schools for children in Tanzania. She is available for speaking, workshops, and private consultations.
