Rev. Pam Cosby Brandman

Rev. Pam Cosby Brandman’s spiritual path began with a cosmic consciousness experience in college. She soon took Science of Mind 101 and became a Practitioner. The Reno CSL broke ground for their beautiful building while she was president.

Pam’s service to the CSLs: 1) World Ministry of Prayer in Los Angeles, then remote phone calls and emails, 2) CSL Region 1 Practitioner Representative, and 3) CSL Visioning Team member.

The mission of Pam’s practitioner ministry, Transcendent Being, was “Empowering individuals and organizations to envision and manifest their dreams.” She led visioning and strategic planning programs and co-founded an environmental mediation nonprofit called Consensus.

Pam’s parallel civil engineering and environmental planning career began with a Stanford University engineering degree and a Harvard Master’s in Planning and Public Policy. She led design teams and managed branch offices, state and local agencies and non-profits. She knows how visions become a reality technically, economically and politically. Public involvement requires transparent decision-making and meaningful two-way communications.

As a pioneering woman engineer, Pam learned to welcome and appreciate all voices, recognize systemic racism and be an ally. She has supported LGBTQ+ friends and family.

Through a breast cancer experience, Pam surrendered it all to Spirit and answered a call to ministry. After completing the School of Spiritual Leadership and Holmes Institute Masters in Consciousness Studies, she served as CSL Tahoe-Truckee’s Senior Minister. She is ready to support the CSLs as we co-create a world that works for all of creation.

ODM and Bylaws Voting Information

Dear Delegates,

In June 2024, we asked delegates to consider a resolution to restate the Organizational Design Model (ODM) and Bylaws for Centers for Spiritual Living. While 97.3% of those participating voted to pass the measure, only 49% of the 706 registered delegates actually participated in the vote and our Bylaws require 60% participation to pass any changes to the ODM and Bylaws, thus the resolution could not get approved.

We present these documents again for the delegates’ consideration. Please review the following documents.

Cover Letter from Rev. Dr. Alice Reid, Leadership Council Chair
