About SOAR 2025

Summer retreats have been a long-standing tradition of our movement for over 50 years. In 2017, our summer retreat was reinvented and our new event was born…SOAR! This event takes place every other year in late summer. While it is held in various locations around the globe, our connection and community never changes.

This year our retreat will head to the heart of Canadian Rockies and the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity in Banff, Alberta, Canada.

SOAR 2025 Summer Retreat A Journey of Revelation, Restoration, and Grace is an opportunity to gather and connect through inspiring speakers, musical performances, experiential workshops, spiritual practices, meditations, and communal meals.

Your full 2025 SOAR registration includes access to all general sessions, workshops and spiritual practices. Also included is an Opening Welcome Dinner and lunch on Friday and Saturday on site at the Banff Center for Arts and Creativity!

$549 Early Bird Attendee 

• $649 After March 31

$580.50 Early Bird Attendee — Staying Offsite

•  There is a charge of $31.50 per attendee staying offsite to cover the facilities fee.

$649 Early Bird Attendee Payment Plan

• $324.50 due immediately.
• Balance is due July 7, 2025.

$149 Ministers Gathering Add-on 

• Opening Ceremony the evening of Wednesday, August 6.
• Full-day event prior to the start of the retreat on Thursday, August 7.

Important Ticket Details:

• Lodging is not included in the retreat registration. Details will be provided in your retreat confirmation email upon purchasing your registration.
• Retreat ticket includes access to all of the event programming unless otherwise specified. Retreat schedule is subject to change without notice. 
• Retreat registrations can be cancelled without penalty through June 30, 2025. Beginning July 1, 2025, no refunds will be given without proof of inability to participate in the retreat. 
• Breakfast and dinner may be purchased onsite at one of the three dining options (learn more here) or by traveling to downtown Banff to explore the amazing options (learn more about Banff here). The city provides a free shuttle that will take you to downtown or it is a 5-7 minute walk from the Banff Centre (learn more here).
