On December 16, 2007, I walked into the Mastery of Life Center to hear guest speaker Dr. Terry Cole Whitaker. I had found the spiritual home I had been searching for all my life. Through Science of Mind I have found that Thoughts + Feelings + Action = Manifestation of an incredible life. One of the spiritual practices that impacts my life over and over again are tithing the 3 T’s: my Talents, my Treasure and my Time. Betty Illana Vergara
Directora Espiritual Betty Illana Vergara did not have an easy road to learning Science of Mind. During a divorce and with a newly diagnosed special needs child, she moved from Mexico to Los Angeles to study this philosophy. After some time, she returned to her native Mexico but felt the call to go deeper. Her ministerial classes required her to travel eight hours in each direction, leaving home around midnight in order to be in Mexico City at 8 a.m., get to class and then turn right around and go home that afternoon.

Obakeng Gaitate
Rev. Obakeng Gaitate’s first interview for affiliation took a few attempts. The internet is not all that stable in South Africa, and the electricity was turned off. In order to complete the first steps of affiliating as a minister, he logged on to the same meeting over and over again, all by candlelight. Even so, his enthusiasm lit up the room. Obakeng had already found ways to take some of the ministerial classes before realizing that he could affiliate using his credentials from his earlier training. His heart’s desire is to reach as many people as possible with this teaching that has changed his life.
